Phil Pressey from Missouri has earned StatSheet's SEC Player of the Week award for February 25th. Willie Cauley-Stein from Kentucky has won StatSheet's SEC Freshman of the Week. Also, Florida's Casey Prather has received StatSheet's SEC 6th Man of the Week.

Pressey led the entire SEC in assists (10.0 per game). He also tallied 4 rebounds per game, 50% shooting, and 17 points per game. The Missouri junior put these numbers up in a win versus 5th ranked Florida and a loss to Kentucky.

Pressey posted 10 assists and 3 steals in 39 minutes in a close 63-60 win against Florida. He followed that up with a team-leading 27 points plus an additional 10 assists in a 90-83 loss to Kentucky.

This is the second time this season that Phil Pressey has been named StatSheet SEC Player of the Week. He has also been named a runner-up once and received an honorable mention. The runner-up this week is sophomore Johnny O`Bryant III from LSU. Honorable mention goes to Tennessee junior Jordan McRae.

StatSheet SEC Freshman of the Week: Kentucky's Willie Cauley-Stein

Willie Cauley-Stein played an average of 33 minutes as a starter for Kentucky. He bested all SEC freshmen in both rebounding (9.5 per game) and blocked shots (5.0 per game). In a late 74-70 win over Vanderbilt, Cauley-Stein led all scoring and rebounding for the Wildcats with 20 and 7 respectively. Following that in a thin 90-83 win against Missouri, he led all rebounding with 12 and also put up 7 blocked shots.

This is a new honor for Willie Cauley-Stein, the first time he has won StatSheet SEC Freshman of the Week. The runner-up is Alex Poythress from Kentucky. Archie Goodwin from Kentucky takes honorable mention. The highest ranking freshman from South Carolina was Michael Carrera who finished 5th.

StatSheet SEC 6th Man of the Week: Florida's Casey Prather

Casey Prather, a 6-6 Junior guard/forward, averaged 23 minutes of action over two games for the Gators. In a 63-60 loss to Missouri, Prather led the way for the Gators with 7 rebounds and added 3 steals. After that, in a 71-54 win over Arkansas, he racked up 8 points and 9 rebounds.

This is the second StatSheet SEC 6th Man of the Week award for Casey Prather. Shavon Coleman, a junior forward from LSU, is runner up. Earnest Ross, a junior guard from Missouri, earns honorable mention. Brian Richardson finished 5th and was the highest ranking 6th man from South Carolina. South Carolina has yet to win the StatSheet SEC Player of the Week award this season.
